Meet Dr. Vang
Dr. Kong Vang, his wife and children live in Locust, North Carolina. He served in the United States Army and is a veteran of Desert Storm, where he received the Bronze Medal of Accommodation and the Middle East Medal.
He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1995 and spent two years working for the Federal Government researching uterine and breast cancer. He was then accepted into Tufts University Dental School in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2001, he moved to North Carolina and had a successful practice in Matthews, North Carolina. In October of 2006, he opened Brookdale Dental Care.
Dr. Vang is compassionate when it comes to his patients. His down to earth, charismatic personality usually eases the most apprehensive patients. He takes his time talking to patients, explaining procedures, and makes the patient aware of each step during the visit.
