Dr. Vang, his wife, and children live in the Harrisburg area. He served in the United States Army and is a veteran of Desert Storm where he received the Bronze Medal of Accommodation and the Middle East Medal. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, 1995. He spent two years working the the Federal Government researching uterine and breast cancer. In 1997 he was accepted to Tufts Dental School in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2001, he moved to North Carolina and had a successful practice in Matthews, North Carolina. Dr. Vang is compassionate when it comes to his patients. His down to earth, charismatic personality usually eases the most apprehensive patients. He takes his time talking to patients, explaining procedures, and makes the patient aware of each step during the visit.
